piece of advice

you can go to sleep now, Amalia.
The bags are ready, it's amazing that you were able to make them comply with the airline rules and regulations. But you did it.
See? I told you to buy the small navy blue bag, not the big one. Had you bought the big one, you would have filled it with twice as many pieces of this and that.

Everybody is already sleeping in the house.
It's quiet.
You were a little afraid of this night, I know, but see, things are better than imagined.
In the morning you will drive to Timisoara and then fly to Munchen and Chicago.

It's good that you decided to throw away that old wallet of yours and move everything in the new one. It means good luck.

I know, it's amazing that when you travel between continents from time to time, you discover how little stuff you actually need to be comfortable and happy.
It's important to be in a good mood when you leave. You have to let the feelings of hope and confidence overcome the separation anxiety. You know you want to go, there are so many beautiful things ready for you. I'm not saying it'll be easy. I'm saying it'll be interesting. Isn't this what you really want?

The memories of this summer are rich and colorful. Do you remeber that young man singing Lady D'Arbanville on a bridge in Paris? (I take it you have a thing for bridges.) Do you remeber the light? You should post that movie somewhere.

You should read less, write and live more.

Sleep well, my girl, the smell of a strong Jacobs coffee will wake you up in the morning and you will be you at your best.

Love you.
